"Asphalt Off It-Non Stick Tool Surfaces": Prevents Asphalt Hardening on Tools, Eliminating Strain to Clean Equipment

Anyone who works in construction where asphalt is necessary will quickly recognize the benefit of this new product. No sticking means so much to the users who deal with hot asphalt on a daily basis. The Asphalt Off It-Non Stick Tool Surfaces is a line of tools and equipment including lute rakes, shovels and truck boxes for use in the hot mix asphalt (HMA) construction industry, with these implements coated in a nonstick Teflon® or ceramic material.  The design intent is to provide construction professionals with a practical and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional tools and ones which can be easily cleaned after a project is complete without the use of illegal chemical solvents.

This new line of tools has elongated ergonomic handles made of heavy duty polished wood or metal material and topped with nonskid plastic or rubber hand grips that facilitate comfortable handling during use. Other than the lute rakes, hand rakes, shovel heads other tools in this line include crack hoes, tamp tools and asphalt squee4gees to name a few. What makes this line so vital if the heavy duty nonstick Teflon® or ceramic material coating the surface of the tool head making the tool durable and repellant to materials, thus enabling the user to clean the hardened asphalt in a quick and easy fashion without the user of chemical solvents.  Televised test marketing has recently been completed indicating strong consumer interest in the Asphalt Off It-Non Stick Tool Surfaces.

The Patent Pending Asphalt Off It-None Stick Tool Services was invented by Eddie Davis of Yucaipa, CA who said, “This product line makes it so easy that the daunting and time consuming task of lifting tools caked in heavy asphalt and cleaning them becomes as easy as 1, 2, 3. Maintaining costly equipment is vital to construction professionals and once this line of specialized tools has been utilized it will become a constant in the worker’s toolboxes and truck beds. It works perfectly.”
