Invents Introduces "The Cooler Caddy", Provide Cold Drinks When Walking On Golf Course

The Cooler Caddy for golfers provides a clever way to carry a cooler with a push-pull golf cart.

Many golfers may worry about the prospect of playing 36 holes on a hot day with no access to needed hydration. There is no room on a push-pull cart itself to fit a drink cooler, so they may have to manually juggle a cooler filled with containers of water, beer, and/or soda, as well as ice, along with heavy bags of golf clubs. A solution to this problem is the Cooler Caddy. The lightweight Cooler Caddy is a uniquely designed shelf system configured to attach to the back of a manual push-pull golf cart with universal brackets and transport a beverage cooler.

The Cooler Caddy is shallow, rectangular tray like unit measuring approximately 14 inches in length and 11 inches in width with a 1 inch lip on each edge of the caddy tray. Fabricated of a durable, heavy duty plastic material, the Cooler Caddy is perforated with large ¼ inch holes to reduce weight and allow drain off of moisture from the cooler. It is sturdy and large to carry any weight or size of cooler. The rear end of the caddy tray has two straps or chains, one attached to each corner of the tray. They join into a universal bracket system that attaches to the arm of the push-pull cart. The front of the caddy tray has two universal mounting clamps to attach to the frame of the push-pull cart on or near the axle for the rear wheels. A preferred, simpler design allows the rod or bar on the front of the shelf to sit within the area where the wheel bracket meets the support bracket.

"When on the course, thirst is a problem every golfer encounters. The Cooler Caddy is perfect for use and allows a golfer to have access to cold drinks all the time when using a push-pull cart rather than a motorized cart. It is lightweight and works perfectly."

Raymond Maglio, Inventor

The Patent Pending Cooler Caddy was invented by Raymond Maglio of Fishkill, NY who said, “the Cooler Caddy provides golfers with a simple and effective way to have access to cold beverages at all times. Comprised of minimal universal components, it easily accommodates virtually any model of push-pull golf cart and is inexpensive to produce.”
