New York, NY, November 18, 2016 (Newswire.com) - The BBQ Brander is a battery operated, portable heat generating branding tool specially designed for marking meats, vegetables, breads and desserts as they are cooked. Ready at the press of a button without the need for fire, it is designed to provide backyard chefs with a fun, yet practical means of personalizing foods. It can also be used in restaurants. The BBQ Brander will be made available in kit form complete with the brander and a selection of attachable branding stamps featuring a variety of designs.
The BBQ Brander will be approximately 10” long by 1½” wide and have a black silicone grip at one end for easy and safe operation. Also at this end will be an on/off button and a branding stamp/release button. An LED will also be located on the handle to serve as an indicator that the BBQ Brander is hot and ready to use. The aluminum or stainless housing of the brander will contain the unit's batteries, as well as a heating coil assembly. The designs that can be used with the brander are endless. Televised test marketing has recently been completed indicating strong consumer interest in the BBQ Brander.
