"The Duck Driver": Attract Wild Waterfowl with Natural-Appearing, Swimming Decoys

"The Duck Driver" is a portable, self-contained motorized system designed to simulate the natural swimming movements of landed ducks in floating decoys.

Attention waterfowl hunters! The Duck Driver is a portable, self-contained motorized system designed to simulate the natural swimming movements of landed ducks in floating decoys. It is equipped with an RF (Radio Frequency) remote-control and features a wide drive-belt to keep any retrieving dogs safe from entanglement. The Duck Driver is to be operated and controlled wirelessly by a hunter hidden within a duck blind.

The Duck Driver enables hunters to “swim” a spread of decoys in a controlled and lifelike manner around stationary decoys in the targeted landing area. The drive-belt is superior to the mono-filament line used in other systems and will not slip on the pulleys and bring motion to a halt. While ducks may not be safe, the canine retrievers will be because they will not get tangled up in the lines. The Duck Driver also can aid others trying to attract flying waterfowl to decoys. Televised test marketing has been completed indicating exceptional consumer interest in The Duck Driver.

The Duck Driver is Patent Pending and was invented by David Armstrong of Katy, TX who said, “A benefit to the duck hunter using The Duck Driver is the ability to operate the device while concealed in the duck blind. It is as easy to set up as a traditional jerk-line. Best of all, it provides a far more lifelike representation of swimming ducks.”
