"The meCalendar": Acts as a Calendar on Steroids

Consumers end scheduling conflicts in families and or businesses when using this new calendar. The meCalendar is a digital calendar system – appropriate for families or establishments with multiple users or employees – designed to coordinate, integrate, and manage the activities and schedules of its multiple users. It is designed to put all its users “on the same page”. The meCalendar enables users to foresee, share, and handle scheduling conflicts, and identify events where their schedules coincide thus eliminating the problems that occur when each person is unaware of others' commitments and activities.

The meCalendar is a rectangular, wall-hung or tabletop device powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The device features a molded-plastic or composite frame produced in a variety of colors and themes with touchscreen operation; WiFi capability; and Bluetooth connectivity with other devices such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The touchscreen features monthly, weekly, and daily (time-and-date) calendar displays; and the meCalendar's wireless connectivity and software permits individuals to conveniently download their own schedules into the device from their smartphones, tablets, laptops, work computers, or off-site from the Cloud. And with schools’ cooperation students school schedules can be downloaded automatically into the device. Icons at the top left and right – one labeled “Conflicts” and one labeled “Togetherness” – serve to analyze the multiple schedules: indicating scheduling conflicts where these exist and indicate free times where schedules permit. Once the various schedules have been entered the meCalendar allow each user to and determine not only their own appointments, commitments, and activities for the day, but also any conflicts or potential free time with others. Televised test marketing has recently been completed indicating strong consumer interest in the meCalendar.

The Patent Pending meCalendar was invented by Ferdinand Espiritu of Huntingon Beach, CA who said, “This device is amazing. It can contain calendars for an entire family/group. It is easy-to-use and has a wealth of features. It both stores and analyzes the schedules of multiple users. Confusion and conflict ends when the meCalendar is in use.”
